BASED ON ACTUAL EVENTS

After my History of Animation class one day, some of the other animators started talking about this guy who is apparently ridiculously bigoted. I’ve never met him, but they told several stories that … well, I’m not going to go out of my way to make friends with him. However, one story stuck with me as comic worthy. Panels 6 through 8 (save Wheeljack) are ACTUAL WORD FOR WORD QUOTES.

How long is your line?

My first idea was to have Hot Rod/Rodimus Prime be the one “with a retarded kid” for obvious reasons [link] . However, it was such a Starscreamy line that I couldn’t help myself.

In case you can’t tell, this is a pre-war, post-experiment luncheon with the nerdbots.

I wanted Wheeljack, Ratchet and Skyfire’s answers to “make sense” as well. Just my opinion of ‘em! XD

My perspective in panel one is FULL OF FAIL but I think cute!Skyfire in panel five somewhat makes up for it.

I think this comic really shows my opinion of Wheeljack. If in doubt, build a machine to do it for you. Also, selective hearing like wow.


~kendallnojutsu and I got talking about what other ‘bots and ‘cons would say. I originally wanted to draw a couple of these for various folks, but I don’t think I will (read: defiantly will not) have enough time to do so. If anyone wants to draw these, send me a link to your version!

Prowl only goes to rides with short/reasonable lines to optimize his theme park experience.
Jazz figures, if the ride is good, you’ve got be ready to wait in line for it.
Optimus would rather ride his favorite ride than wait in line for the brand new one.
Bumblebee’s line doesn’t start out too long, but people always cut in front of him, so it ends up being a long wait.
Mirage probably owns the ride, so he doesn’t have to wait.
Sideswipe may see a long line, but when you’ve got a brother like Sunstreaker, you don’t have to wait.
Sunstreaker figures, why wait in a long line? Either the people in front of him move out of the way or he finds another line.
Dead End knows it doesn’t matter how long the line is, since he’s going to be disappointed in the end anyway.
Megatron is the leader of the Decepticons. He doesn’t have to wait in line.
Soundwave understands that the line always seems longer than it is since he has a bunch of kids with him. Often, he doesn’t even get to the ride because of those unruly cassettes causing trouble. Once or twice they’ve been banned from the park altogether.
Shockwave hates theme parks. They are full of femmes and sparklings. He’s got better thing to do. If he wanted a ride, he’d just build his own.
Bluestreak may be at the end of a long line, but people start leaving after a few <insert time unit here>s of his chatter.
Me Grimlock KING! No wait in line!
Blaster knows, the longer the line, the better the ride.
