Who Stole Prowl's Cookies?

I can’t even remember why I wanted to do another one of these things [link] [link] let alone one with Who Stole the Cookies from the Cookie Jar. But I did.

My muse insisted that Prowl actually has a crazy sweet tooth. Sure, why not? The internet has done crazier things to the 2IC than that.

Sunstreaker has no idea what his twin is doing, but happened to reply in ways that could be used. Bee just overheard and felt like playing along. Prowl never caught on the fact it was a game, mostly because he didn’t care.
